No, Jas.ReneeUnits does not offer refunds. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
No, Jas.ReneeUnits does not offer exchanges. Be sure sure to order the correct wig before checking out on our site.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days AFTER it has been processed.

DOES JAS.RENEEUNITS OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! ONLY FOR CUSTOM WIGS. Please choose your shipping method of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when purchasing hair during our sale periods, shipping can take up to 7 business days.

ARE YOUR Units 100% VIRGIN?
Yes, we offer 100% virgin, Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.


HOW LONG DOES JAS.RENEEUNITS LAST?
Jas.ReneeUnits  can last for more than one year depending on the way you treat the hair. You might need a frontal/ closure replacement after several wears depending on how you treat the lace.

CAN I COLOR MY Wig?
Yes, you can but we recommend our company or a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
If you notice an error made on your end in regards to a placed order, please email or text us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it. Please see our CONTACT page.
